Opposition MP Candidate was Refused in Registration
District Election Commission refused to register Kamal Muradkhanov of the opposition National Movement as an MP candidate for single-mandate constituency in Bolnisi, Kvemo Kartli region.
Bolnisi District Commission annulled up to 400 signatures of supporters presented by Muradkhanov. 1000 signatures of supporters are needed to register an MP candidate. The election commission explained that up to 400 supporters withdrew their signatures.
