Police Arrested Kmara Activists
The police prevented today anti-governmental protest rally of the youth movement Kmara (Enough) in front of the State Chancellery.
The Kmara activists were beaten up by the police; seven activist of the movement were arrested. The Kmara activists were released after two hours of detention without any charges.
The Kmara intended to rally in front of the State Chancellery, while the presidential-backed election bloc was holding a presentation of the election platform.
