CEC Appoints By-Elections in Two Constituencies of Tbilisi
(Tbilisi, June 5, Civil Georgia) – Central Election Commission (CEC) at the meeting on June 5 took the decision to hold by-elections in the two constituencies of Tbilisi.
Decision is caused with the numerous procedural violations that occurred during the elections at those constituencies.
Earlier CEC appointed by-elections in towns of Rustavi, Zugdidi and Khashuri.
At the meeting today CEC also discuses the procedures of the recounting votes of all the constituencies in Tbilisi as the most of the leading political parties demanded.
