Voting Starts, Albeit with Delays

The voting has started in Tbilisi. However many precincts failed to open on time at 8:00 am.

Members of the precinct election commissions of Saburtalo district in Tbilisi say that the district election commission of Saburtalo constituency failed to deliver to the  sealed ballot boxes on time.

Even the office of the Central Election Commission is not opened yet.
