Protesters Set Ultimatum to Shevardnadze

Opposition leader Mikheil Saakashvili today set ultimatum to President Shevardnadze, urging him to come out to the people within an hour.

“Otherwise, we will come to him,” Mikheil Saakashvili said at the rally.

Tens of thousands of protesters are currently rallying in the center of Tbilisi, demanding Shevardnadze’s resignation.
