Interior Minister Says State of Emergency Declared

Interior Minister Koba Narchemashvili said today, the state of emergency has been declared in the country and the relevant law will be adopted.

Under the constitution of Georgia, the Parliament should ratify the presidential decree on the state of emergency within 48 hours.
