Official of Abkhaz Government-in-Exile Wanted for Fraud Allegations

Arrest warrant has been ssued on Omar Gogia, who is the deputy head of the Tbilisi-based Abkhaz government-in-exile.

Irakli Okruashvili, the General Prosecutor, said that Omar Gogia “is suspected in misappropriation of around ten million Lari.”

The law enforcers failed to arrest deputy head of Abkhaz government-in-exile on January 20, after the police raided the office of the Abkhaz official.
