Anti-Corruption Council Canceled

Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Bureau Kakha Ugulava said today the Bureau announces about self-liquidation.
 
“All the materials revealed by the Anti-Corruption Bureau will be delivered to the National Security Council for further inquiry,” Kakha Ugulava said on January 30.
 
The Anti-Corruption Bureau was set up in 2001 on initiative of ex-President Eduard Shevardnadze. 

Several high officials have been dismissed as a result of recommendation of the Anti-Corruption Bureau.
