Blast Injures Children in South Ossetia

Reports say two children, 9 and 10 year old brothers with the last name Otinashvili, were injured after an unknown explosive went off in the Georgian village of Kemerti in the South Ossetian conflict zone on November 9.

This is the second reported explosion in the conflict zone today and the fourth in the last 10 days.  A total of five people have been injured as a result of these blasts
