New Political Party Set up

Several former members of the opposition Labor Party, led by Shalva Natelashvili, announced on January 22, that they establish new political party National Union of Georgian Labors.

Leaders of the newly set up party Kakha Loria and Tamaz Goladze quitted the Labor Party after disagreements with the chairman of the party Shalva Natelashvili.

Leader of the National Union of Georgian Labors say that they will cooperate with, as they put it, ?all patriotic political forces.?
