More Journalists Quit Adjara TV

Ten more journalist announced on March 4 that they quit state-owned Adjara Autonomous Republic?s local television station Adjara TV, citing pressure and censorship from the authorities.

Protest rally by a group of journalists was held in Batumi, shortly after chief of the news program Nata Imedaishvili and three other journalists of the state-owned television Ajdara TV quitted the company on March 3, also citing pressure from the television?s leadership.
