Breakaway South Ossetia’s official Committee for Press and Information blames the OSCE for the lack of progress in conflict settlement, Regnum reports.
“The Tskhinvali office of the OSCE is a kind of spy network in Georgia, working against South Ossetia, which aspires for independence. There is no other way to explain the repeated forgery of facts in [the OSCE’s] reports to Vienna. In the OSCE’s Tskhinvali Office information is manipulated on purpose to portray Georgia in a good light to the international community. In the meantime this fascist foster child of democracy-engineered-from-outside [Georgia] is misbehaving, but political interests [the OSCE] hide the truth.”
Earlier, South Ossetian representative at the Joint Control Commission Boris Chochiev demanded the resignation of Gancho Ganchev, head of OSCE Tskhinvali office, but said this demand should not be interpreted as being against the “OSCE in general.”
