Georgian, Ukrainian Foreign Ministers Meet Ahead of Kyrgyz Visit
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Boris Tarasyuk met with his Georgian counterpart Salome Zourabichvili early on Thursday in Tbilisi, ahead of the two Ministers? joint visit to Kyrgyzstan, planned for March 31.
Tarasyuk told Georgian reporters after the talks that bilateral cooperation, as well as the upcoming visit to Kyrgyzstan was discussed during these talks.
The Georgian Foreign Minister told reporters before their departure that stability and democracy in Kyrgyzstan is very important for Georgia.
Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, who is currently visiting Kazakhstan, said at a news conference on March 29 in Tbilisi that ?the Georgian factor was a catalyst? in the Kyrgyz developments.
