Saakashvili Visits U.S.

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili left for the United States on September 12 to attend the 60th United Nations General Assembly in New York, which will be held on September 14-16.   
 
President Saakashvili is accompanied by Foreign Minister Salome Zourabichvili.
 
Georgian President?s administration reported that Saakashvili will meet with U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, as well as will sign USD 295 million assistance program in frames of Millennium Challenge Account.
