Bank Austria Creditanstalt Buys into Bank of Georgia

The Bank Austria Creditanstalt has bought 9.9% of shares of the Bank of Georgia, the latter announced on September 20. The amount of the deal has not been reported.

Early in September the Georgian National Bank announced that East Capital Bering Ukraine Fund bought 5.5% of shares of the Bank of Georgia for USD 2.6 million.
