New Chief of Georgia’s Oil and Gas Company Appointed

Zurab Janjgava has been appointed as the new chief of the state-run Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation (GOGC), replacing Alexander Khetaguri.

Khetaguri has been nominated as the new energy minister in the reshuffled cabinet.

Janjgava previously served as chief of the GOGC’s daughter gas transportation company.
