Tbilisi Hosts Conference on Stability in Caucasus
An international conference on the promotion of peace and stability in the Caucasus is being held in Tbilisi on October 19-21.
The conference, ?Caucasus ? Cooperation for Stability?, which is organized by the influential Tbilisi-based think-tank, Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies (GFSIS), was opened by Parliamentary Chairperson Nino Burjanadze.
Researchers from the South Caucasus, Russia, Turkey, Iran, Europe, the U.S. and Israel are discussing the future of the Caucasus, as well as the prospects for the development of regional cooperation.
