Acting President Visits Brussels

Nino Burjanadze, the acting president, is paying a one-day visit to Brussels, where she is due to meet with NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer on November 28.

Giorgi Baramidze, the state minister for Euro-Atlantic integration issues, is accompanying Burjanadze.

A meeting with Hans-Gert P?ttering, the President of the European Parliament, is also expected.
