Five Opposition Activists Fined

Five opposition youth activists were fined GEL 400 each on December 31 for ?disobeying the lawful orders of police.?

Police arrested twelve activists from the nine-party opposition coalition?s youth wing late on December 30 for writing anti-Saakashvili graffiti in downtown Tbilisi. Seven were subsequently released.
