Powell, Lavrov Discuss South Ossetia… Again

U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell spoke with the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, over the situation in Georgia?s breakaway South Ossetia on July 10, Itar-Tass news agency reported.

This is the second phone conversation that has occured between Powell and Lavrov in less than a week. The crisis in South Ossetia crisis was discussed during earlier phone conversations on July 8.
