Georgian Interior Minister Giorgi Mgebrishvili met President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in Baku on November 26.
“Friendly relations between the two countries were noted by Giorgi Mgebrishvili, who also spoke about close cooperation of the two countries’ interior ministry in respect of regional security, fight against organized crime and terrorism,” the Georgian Interior Ministry said.
Also on November 26, Mgebrishvili met his Azerbaijani counterpart Ramil Usubov and discussed cooperation in fight against organized crime and terrorism, according to the Georgian Interior Ministry.
