President Postpones Defense Minister’s Report to the Government
(Tbilisi, June 12, Civil Georgia) – Georgian Defense Minister Davit Tevzadze was to make a report to the government’s meeting on June 12.
President Shevardnadze decided to postpone the report and stated that the issue should be discussed beyond the closed doors at the meeting of the Georgian National Security Council.
The report is concerning the anti-corruption activities in the ministry and the situation in the defense sphere of the country.
