New Chief of Staff of PM’s Office Appointed

Natia Mezvrishvili was appointed as the Chief of staff of the Georgian Prime Minister’s Office on September 18, replacing Giorgi Choladze, who served at the post during PM Mamuka Bakhtadze’s tenure.

Mezvrishvili, 34, served as Deputy Interior Minister from 2017, after Giorgi Gakharia became Interior Minister. Earlier in 2007-2009, Mezvrishvili was the prosecutor at the Old Tbilisi district. From 2009, she held various positions at the Prosecutor General’s Office.
