Georgia’s GDP Up 11.6% in May 2022
Georgia’s real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) increased by 11.6% year-over-year in May 2022, according to rapid estimates released by the National Statistics Office (Geostat) on June 30.
Geostat said growth was registered in transportation and storage; electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply; hotels and restaurants; manufacturing; construction; mining, and quarrying.
No decline was registered in any industries.
