Georgian MPs Fear there is Pre-War Condition in Abkhazia
(Tbilisi, March 28, Civil Georgia) – Georgian Parliamentarians agreed at the session on March 28, that Parliament should adopt special document concerning large-scale provocation prepared against Georgia.
“When Georgian Defense Minster says that Russia intends to involve Georgia in the armed conflict in Abkhazia, it means that situation is really serious,” Zurab Zhvania stated.
Givi Lominadze, Chairman of Abkhazia faction stated that the situation in Abkhazia is almost similar to that was in 1992-93, before the armed clashes started in Abkhazia.
MPs agreed to adopt special document and to send in to all the international organizations, concerning the situation in Abkhazia and the real threat of war in this breakaway region.
