Parliament Adopts Statement on 9/11 Terrorist Attacks

(Tbilisi, September 11, 2002, Civil Georgia) – Today Georgian Parliament adopted statement concerning the anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, condemning “international terrorism and countries sponsoring terror.”

The statement says “Georgian Parliament supports the United States in fight against terror and its preventive measures to eradicate the terrorism in the world.”

The 140 Georgian Parliamentarians adopted the statement unanimously.
