Parliament Discusses Election System Reform

(Tbilisi, May 8, 2003. Civil Georgia) – The Parliament today started discussion of the amendments to the Election Code, which considers technical and procedural improvement of the election system.

The issue of composition of the election administrations, including the composition Central Election Commission is not included in this project of amendment as the political parties could not agree on the issue so far.
