Army Chief-of-Staff Visits Bulgaria

Zaza Gogava, the chief-of-staff of the Georgian armed forces, is paying a three-day visit to Bulgaria, the Georgian Defense Ministry reported on September 26.

Gogava has already met his Bulgarian counterpart, Zlatan Stoykov, and discussed plans for military cooperation, according to the Defense Ministry.

Meanwhile, the Georgian parliament ratified on September 26 an agreement with Bulgaria on the exchange of secret information.
