Special Meeting of Law Enforcers and President Held Concerning Sajaia’s Death

(Tbilisi, February 25, Civil Georgia) – President Shevardnadze met General Prosecutor, Internal Affairs and State Security Ministers concerning the death of Secretary of National Security Council Nugzar Sajaia on February 25.

Sajaia was found shot with one bullet in his head in his own cabinet on February 25. The case is initiated for bringing to the point of suicide.

Details of the meeting are unknown.
